Seneschal ?

Beyond the expected, the Seneschal shall be responsible for seeing that all Kindred be aware of the Prince’s decrees and policies as well as granting Hospitality and Toleration after verifying a newcomer’s identity in association with the Harpy and if necessary, the Sheriff.

Keeper Julianna Kronnin

It shall fall onto the Keeper of Elysium to arrange Courts and Gatherings in association with the Primogen every few weeks and see that the information is appropriately disseminated to Citizens of the Domain. The Keeper shall be empowered to oversee business at Court as well as Elysium.

Sheriff Joseph Payne

The Sheriff, as expected, shall enforce the Traditions and will be responsible for the punishment of those failing to abide by the Traditions as directed by the Prince or Seneschal. The Sheriff shall possess the right to interrogate any in violation of a Tradition or bring suspects before the Prince or Seneschal through any means necessary.

Elysia

Only Elysia officially recorded in the annals of the Domain’s records shall be recognized. All others, hearsay or not, shall no longer be considered as such. A supplementary statement will be released concerning these locations.

Weapons are disallowed within Elysia save for those holding positions appointed by the Prince.

Courts

Courts, being places of Camarilla Politics and Business, are to be attended by Members of the Camarilla and its Allies without exception. Therefore, while all are always welcome to any Elysia of the Domain, Courts shall only consist of Members of the Camarilla and those invited by the Prince. Thus Members are expected to keep their knowledge of Court locations to themselves and their fellow Members.

Any found concealing their identity outside those given expressed permission by the Prince, such as the whole of Clan Nosferatu, will face punishment for their deception.

Domain

Until otherwise noted, all Personal Domains are hereby revoked save the Giovanni Domain over Alton, the Malkavian Chantry, the Warrens of the Nosferatu and the Chantries of the Tremere.

Fairmount Park, the Cahokia Mounds region and Granite City are off-limits without exception as well as the Northern Outskirts of Columbia, failure to abide by this restriction will result in Final Death.

Hospitality

All previously granted Hospitalities and/or Tolerations within the Domain shall be honored pending future investigation(s). Any Kindred refusing to submit to such investigations will be removed.

Progeny & Destruction

All previously granted and unused Rights of Progeny and Destruction are hereby stripped.

Miscellaneous

• All Policies invoked by previous Princes are hereby dissolved.

• Under no circumstances will any Citizen be permitted to maintain two positions within the Domain.

• Unattended Ghouls will be held, if necessary under duress, until collected by their Regnant.

• Holders of Spirit Bound object(s) shall present an offering to the Prince in order to bring their object(s) within the Domain. Those receiving permission are responsible for any damage caused by said Spirit(s) should they escape from their bindings.

• Jaden Cage and Heaven Cage are to be reported to the Prince, Seneschal, Sheriff or Scourge if seen.

• No Kindred, without the expressed permission of the Prince, shall conceal their guise with supernatural powers or mundane methods of concealment while at Court or Elysia.
